Switch to Draw.io for Process Maps in QST

Gliffy recently announced they will turn off the API we use to provide Process Map drawing functionality in QST. We've now found a replacement service and will be migrating all Process Maps to Draw.io over the next 10 days.
Both QST and Toolbox (QST v2) includes a feature for drawing Process Maps / flowcharts. It works via an integration with a third party provider. Our provider, Gliffy, recently announced they will turn off their API on Oct 15th, 2016 which would break the Process Map editing function in QST.
The good news is we have now identified a replacement service so that QST users will be able to continue editing and creating flowcharts, organisation charts, and process maps.
We’ll be using Draw.io. You can preview the editing tool here:
We’ll be migrating all QST process maps to Draw.io over the next 10 days.
After the change, you may notice some slight formatting changes while editing process maps and other drawings.
